Nui Air is available for on-demand flights to all points within the islands. At this time we do not sell individual seats. However, our service is usually an economical travel option if you have a group of four people or more who want to travel on the same route at the same time. We are always a more convenient option. Our customer service hours of operation are 8:00am to 6:00pm Hawaii time. After hours you may leave a message and one of our agents will return your call at 8:00am the next day.

Quotes for all services are provided free of charge through our toll free customer service number. Quote Estimator Tool quotes are estimates only and do not include applicable taxes, stand-by charges, and possible aircraft positioning charges. Firm quotes can only be obtained through our customer service line.
A credit card deposit of half the quoted fee will be required at the time you book a flight. The remainder of the fee will be charged to the same credit card upon completion of the flight. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund less a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance forfeit half of the advance deposit.
